We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel had an indoor pool, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who worked behind the bar in the grille. She was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome.
Everything is what we need and want.

There was nothing that stood out from our stay here.
Upon arrival the computer system was down and we couldn't check in for about 2 hours. We were given a drink coupon for the inconvenience. The reception staff was pleasant. Our room was old, out dated and dirty!!!! Dust and cobwebs long the ceilings. Overall, it served the purpose of being close to the airport but wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location near the airport, which made traveling easier. the free breakfast was a nice amenity and saved us some money. the staff was welcoming and helpful with directions to nearby restaurants and attractions.
The quality of the rooms was underwhelming, with outdated furnishings and a lack of cleanliness. the bathroom was in need of repairs and we had to ask for extra towels several times.

The location was good for what we wanted. The lady who wprkedbehind the bar in the grille was extra friendly
On arrival the reception worker appeared to be homophobic and despite the hotel being empty she stated there were no rooms available. We were placed on the second floor however there was no lift so we had to carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The decor of the hotel and room was very poor.

the hotel was transitioning to a new owner we kept being told every time something was different from the website. The pool closed 2 hours early. One of the restaurants changed to just breakfast and there is no longer an arcade- NOT a good trip for my teen that the trip was planned around! The food and service in the pub that was the only thing open was terrible!

The pub located close to the airport was a convenient spot to grab a drink and unwind after a long day of traveling. the location near the airport made it easy to catch an early morning flight without dealing with a long commute. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax.
The hotel lacked proper amenities such as towels and coffee in the lobby, which greatly inconvenienced guests.

Our handicapped room turned out to be on the second floor; no elevator, no sofa bed. We had to take our 91-year-old Mother out of the wheelchair and physically walk her up the flight of stairs. The clerk did give us an uncomfortable rollaway cot and a 15% discount for our inconvenience; however, no amount of discount is worth the aggrevation and fear of moving our Mother up/down those stairs. It was a liability waiting to happen. Also, the hotel personnel did not read our online request that specified that we were traveling with a handicapped 91-year-old, and I had requested a ground-floor room near an entrance.

Room service was amazing. Brought towels and washcloths to my needs.
Not really much of anything that I didn't like.

Convenient location close to the airport and major highways. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities.
The exterior of the hotel could use some updating and maintenance. The shuttle service was unreliable and often unavailable.
